Obituary

Pamela Jane Brittain, born October 20th, 1950 passed away peacefully at home May 6th, 2021 while surrounded by family. Pam was born at Hamilton Airbase, in California to Ray and Cynthia Healing. Pam is proceeded in death by her parents, and brother Doug Healing. She is survived by Glen Brittain husband of forty-one years, brother Duane Healing, her five Children; Terry Bland (Ray) of Lamar, Colorado, Brian Braswell (Judy) of San Angelo, Texas, Kevin Braswell of Denver, Colorado, Christina Mackey of La Junta, Colorado, Jason Brittain (Tammie) of Brunswick, Georgia, 14 Grand Children; Jennifer Pfluger & family of Texas, Stephen Braswell & family of Texas, Stormie Harris & spouse of Texas, Zachary Bland & children of Colorado, Destine Bland of Colorado, Shannon Bland & fiancé of Colorado Levi Braswell & children of Kansas, Dakota Braswell of Colorado, Brittney Mackey of Colorado, Alyssa Mackey of Colorado, David Mackey of Colorado, Elizzabeth Mackey of Colorado, Austin Brittain of Georgia, Ashton Brittain of Georgia. She was an avid church goer and a long time member of The First Presbyterian Church of La Junta. She loved going to all church functions and supporting the youth of the church. She enjoyed bowling, shopping, going to the grandkid’s activities, crafting, and playing games. She worked as a preschool teacher and instructor for OJC and CDS. She also worked at La Junta High School in the kitchen.
