ü Crowley County Nursing Center

o Address: 401 Idaho Ave., Ordway

o Time: 9am-11am

ü Otero Junior College

o Address: 1802 Colorado Ave., La Junta

§ Testing will be in the lobby of the gym.

o Time: 12:30pm-3pm
