La Junta Chamber of Commerce President Micki Lewis added her signature to the ribbon.
La Junta City Mayor Pro-Tem Elaine McIntyre signed the ribbon.
La Junta Chamber of Commerce Board Member Matt McIntyre also signed.
La Junta Chamber of Commerce Board Member Ozzie Hoeme signed the ribbon too.
