Obituary 

Monty D. Williams, 71, died on August 1, 2021 at Timpanogos Regional Hospital, in Orem, Utah.  He was born January 10, 1950 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona, the son of Dale B. Williams and Marcia (Bates) Williams.

Monty graduated from Hughson High School, Class of 1968. Following graduation he served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Western States Mission, serving mainly in New Mexico and Texas. 

After his mission, he married Tena L. Parrish, they met in California.  Monty recently retired from his Foreman job with ACS in Anchorage, AK.  They celebrated 49 years of marriage in July.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Randy and grandson Nicholas B. Baker. Surviving in addition to his wife, Tena L. (Parrish) Williams are his daughters Kimberlyn Williams of Magna, Utah, Leslie D. Williams of La Junta, Colorado, Raianna Coton and her husband, Matthew, of Lehi, Utah, Lettie M. Baker and her husband, Steven, of Sun Valley, Nevada, Evelyn B. d’Argy and her husband, Jeffrey of La Junta, Colorado, his son, Spencer P. Williams, of Pickens, South Carolina, his daughter Veronica E. Brandt and her husband, Robert, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Eighteen grandchildren, Elise Coton, Emma Coton, Madelyn Coton, Ashton Coton, Fiona Goodwin, Finley Goodwin, Raina d’Argy, Torin d’Argy, Echo d’Argy, Lily Rivera, AJ Williams, Gabriel Williams, Jackson Williams, Adelle Brandt, Henley Brandt and Hyrum Brandt; one brother Dale Williams, of American Fork, Utah, and one sister Ginny Dunbar and her husband, Wayne, of Vernal, Utah; many nieces and nephews.
