AVRMC VACCINATION MANDATE UPDATE

According to Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer, Lynn Crowell, “to date, AVRMC has lost four employees due to their refusal to test for COVID-19. Those four employees are 1.5% of the hospital’s workforce. Of AVRMC’s 257 employees, 213 are vaccinated; and there are 7 medical exemptions, 36 religious exemptions, and 1 on FMLA.”

AVRMC continues to see increased admissions of COVID-19 patients with higher severity of illness than in 2020.
