American Legion Presents Wreaths Across America Award to First National Bank

American Legion Presents Wreaths Across America Award to First National Bank 

The Plaque Reads:

"In recognition and sincere appreciation for your outstanding support and sponsorship activities which advances the Health and Welfare of our community Veterans and their families - For God and Country The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 9"

Peppers accepts the awards on behalf of the First National Bank. He's pictured with American Legion Auxiliary President Angela Davis, Vice President Kerri Tomlin, and Treasurer Susan Fisher.

Davis said, "We wanted to come in today and present The First National Bank with this plaque of appreciation for you guys always being a huge supporter for us on our Wreaths Across America, we'd like to give you one of our wreaths as well and just say thank you so much for all you do for us, it was a huge success thanks to you guys. You guys really helped us."

"Well thank you guys for what you do for this. It's a good thing," Peppers said.

American Legion Post 9 Commander Mike Brodeur said, "So, I just wanted to shake your hand real quick sir and say thank you very much for supporting us and hopefully next year during the open house we'll be back again next year."

Peppers responded with, "We appreciate what you guys do too."

"We just wanted to say thank you again for making Wreaths Across America a very successful event," Brodeur said.
