La Junta Senior Golf Results May 31, 2022

The La Junta Senior Golf League had 41 participants.  We played a scramble format but had three side challenges.  

The challenge chip on hole #2 went unclaimed.  A challenge putt was on hole #4. Four golfers, Gary Armitage, John Pollmiller, Ron Bay and Douglas Golding made the putt.  

An extra challenge “chip on green” on hole #6 was made by Mike Bauserman, John Pollmiller, Jay Bollacker, Jim Thayer, Marvin Kibler, Joe McClain, Matt Perea, CaSandra Thomas, Paul Roman, Alan Root, Mary Lou Day, Janet Golding, Dennis Golding, Larry Herrera, Bob May, Kevin Buchner, Stan Lindsay, Pat Engebrecht, Virgil Lindsay, Sudi Stokes, Douglas Golding, Rod Soden, Connie Buchner, Carl Anderson, Mackie O’Neal, and Frank McKenzie.  

Next Tuesday, June 7, our format will be a par 3 course scramble.  

The tee boxes will be set up for a par 3 course and everyone, regardless of age, will tee off from the same tee box.

Register to play starting at 9:15-9:30 and play will begin at approximately 10:00 am.  

Golfers cannot register later than when teams are being made at approximately 9:45.

Call 469-0691 if you are coming by 10:00 but may be late to register.
