RULES-
EACH CANDIDATE WILL BE GIVEN __5____ MINUTES TO SPEAK AND __2___MINUTES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. Each candidate will respond to the same question from the audience. Surrogates make statement on behalf of their candidate only; CANNOT answer any questions on behalf of their candidate – Decisions of the Forum Host will be final. Speaking times will depend on number of speakers submitted by each party i.e. NLT 3 minutes and submitted to Forum Host by Oct 1, 2020.
