...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Otero and north central Las Animas Counties through 415 PM MDT...

At 339 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Thatcher, or 38 miles northeast of Trinidad, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Delhi and Thatcher.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for southeastern Colorado.
