About the Author

Derek Hutchison served for twenty years as a pastor and youth pastor. He now spends his time speaking about his experiences and encouraging others to discover God's presence in the middle of life's storms.

He lives in La Junta, CO with his wife. The couple have two grown children and two precious grandchildren.

Sometimes, during the storms of life, it is hard to see God's hand at work. Life's tragedies can cloud our vision, anger can attack our faith, and panic and fear can cause us to abandon God's plans in our lives. In these moments we cry out to God, "Where are you?"
