Baca County Public Health Agency Covid Update November 6th

Wished I could say TGIF.  But it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is our numbers continue to tick up.  Please share this information as you wish.  We need to rally together and do what we can to get the new numbers down.

New COVID-19 positive cases

Baca County Public Health Agency has been was notified that we have four (4) new laboratory confirmed cases in Baca County.

Out of respect for patient’s privacy, we will only release the following information (No other information will be released at this time):

The patients:

Are residents of Baca County.

Have been placed into isolation after receiving the positive test results.

Close contacts are being contacted and will be placed in quarantine.

Baca County case numbers: (March 11 to present) current COVID total cases are fifty-three (53).  Other Baca County information is as follows (as of Thursday November 5, 2020):

Positive case:                            53

Hospitalizations:                        4

Current hospitalizations :            0

Deaths:                                    0

 

Depending on report timing, BCPHA’s totals will not exactly match CDPHE’s totals on their website.  I just checked and it is showing 39 cases. (Here is the website: https://covid19.colorado.gov/data/case-data). Scroll down until you see the Colorado map, and then select “Case Counts” from the dropdown box on the upper right side of the map.
