Las Animas Community Honors Veterans with Parade

VFW Post #2411 invited the community to honor our Veterans with a parade on Veterans Day. The Las Animas and Bent County Emergency Personnel joined in escorting the parade of local Veterans across Las Animas several times. The parade route began at Bent County Fairgrounds, and wound through town, passing the schools and nursing home.

After the parade Veterans were given free bibles at VFW Post #2411.
