CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Proactively and precisely communicate with a positive, upbeat attitude Process and order tracking to ensure on-time delivery

• Regularly provide feedback to sales and production to ensure customer needs are met

Enter new customer orders and adjust open orders as needed.

$20.00 to $30.00 per hour - Salary Commensurate with Experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong computer skills

• Detail oriented

• Energetic

• Degree in Marketing or Business preferred, but not required.
