Booth Space

Outdoor spaces will be assigned to a specific vendor area on a first come, first serve basis. Make sure to request the number of spaces you will need on your registration form. Each booth is a 10'X10' space. Supplies and/or equipment are the vendor's responsibility. No electricity will provided and generators are not allowed. There shall be no solicitation/promotion of your products outside of the designated vendor area.

Check-in

Booth assignment and check-in will take place at the registration table in front of the Boggs House beginning at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5th. Check-in must be completed prior to booth setup.

Cost

Booth spaces are $25.00. Booth space fee must be paid no later than Sept. 28th. Booth spaces rented the day of the event will be $35.00 per space. Preregistered vendors will be given priority in space assignments.

Please Note: Checks, Cash, or money orders are accepted for paying for booth rentals. Payments may be mailed to: Boggsville Historic Site, P. O. Box 68, Las Animas, CO 81054 or paid in person at the Boggsville site office at 28210 Hwy 101, Las Animas, CO Tues-Sat from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Credit Card payments will be accepted in person at the Boggsville site office during business hours.

Set-up

Use the north service gate to bring set-up supplies needed to the vendor area located in front of the Boggs House. The gate will be open at 7:00 a.m. and set up must be completed and all vehicles and trailers removed from the core event site by 9:00 a.m. Take down begins at 4:00 p.m.

Restrictions

The sale or display of any merchandise that contains profanity, pornography, or illegal drug associations/paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. Sales of the following items are prohibited: silly string/spray string, smoke/stink bombs and poppers/anything that produces loud sounds. Please accurately describe items to be sold on registration form. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain any permit or license that may be required for the operation of their booth.

Check, Cash, or Money Order for amount of booth space, Completed and signed registration form!

Boggsville Historic Site, 28210 Hwy 101, Las Animas, CO 2 miles south of the courthouse on Hwy 101.
