Baca County Arrests and Bookings for 07/04/2024 to 09/30/2024:
07/04/2024- Roth, Kyller was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession/use of alcohol by underage person, possession/use of marijuana by underage person, prohibited use of weapon, and violation of a protection order. He posted bond and was released on 07/05/2024.
07/07/2024- Martinez, Tony G was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of criminal mischief. He posted bond and was released on 07/08/2024.
07/08/2024- Visage, Gaylon was arrested on a municipal warrant for failure to appear. He posted bond and was released the same day.
07/10/2024- Naron, Daniel was arrested by Colorado State Patrol on charges of driving under the influence, failure to provide proof of insurance, careless driving, tampering with physical evidence, and littering. He posted bond and was released the same day.
07/11/2024- Martinez, Tony G was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree assault. He was issued a personal recognizance bond and transported to a facility in Aurora on July 26th.
07/13/2024- Lara, Isabell was transported to the Baca County Jail and booked in on a local warrant for failure to comply. She was released to self-report to Community Corrections on 09/09/2024.
07/13/2024- Clarke, Luanna was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving while ability impaired, open alcoholic container in a vehicle and, driving under the influence. She posted bond and was released the same day.
07/15/2024- Leonard, Jeffery Blaine reported to the Baca County Jail to serve a sentence order. He was released with time served on 07/19/2024.
07/16/2024- Clarke, John Dylan was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on charges of protection order violation, and harassment with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and was released on 07/17/2024.
07/18/2024- Valdiviezo, Daniel turned himself into the Baca County Jail on a fugitive of justice warrant out of Lincoln County. He was transferred into the custody of Lincoln County on 07/25/2024.
07/25/2024- Holder, Johnny Lee was transferred to the custody of the Baca County Jail from El Paso County on four local warrants for failure to comply.
07/26/2024- Church, Marylou was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on the same day.
07/29/2024- Martinez, Tony G was taken into custody on a bond revocation while at court and transported to the Baca County Jail. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 08/12/2024.
07/30/2024- Orozco, Jose R was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, reckless endangerment, unlawful use of controlled substance, prohibited use of a weapon, driving with revoked license, and reckless driving.
07/30/2024- Byrd, Madison P was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She posted bond and was released on 08/04/2024.
08/03/2024- Medina, Frank Alfred reported to the Baca County Sheriff’s Office for his annual Sex Offender Registration.
08/04/2024- Brewer, Brook was arrested on charges of protection order violation, assault, and a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 08/05/2024.
08/10/2024- Hager, Larry G reported to the Baca County Sheriff’s Office for his quarterly Sex Offender Registration.
08/11/2024- Medina, Michael was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of harassment. He posted bond and was released on 08/12/2024.
08/13/2024- Stone, Brent was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance and harassment with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and was released on 08/14/2024.
08/17/2024- Hall, Eric reported to the Baca County Sheriff’s Office to complete his quarterly Sex Offender Registration.
08/18/2024- Dorough, John was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on two warrants for violation of a protection order with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence and received a new charge of violation of a protection order with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 08/19/2024.
08/19/2024- Wood, David A reported to the Baca County Jail to submit to court ordered fingerprints on charges issued by the Springfield Police Department of prohibited use of a gun and reckless endangerment.
08/19/2024- Henson, Earl D was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant out of Pueblo County. He was issued a personal recognizance bond and was released the same day.
08/20/2024- Smith, Brian was arrested on a fugitive of justice warrant for failure to appear. He was issued a personal recognizance bond and released the same day.
08/20/2024- Williams, Robert J was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He posted bond and was released the same day.
08/21/2024- Humphrey, Robert D was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a warrant they issued for violation of a protection order, burglary, and possession of a weapon by a previous offender and, theft. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released 08/22/2024.
08/21/2024- Jordan, Uriah was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 08/26/2024.
08/26/2024- Clarke, John Dylan reported to the Baca County Sheriff’s Office for quarterly Sex Offender Registration.
09/05/2024- Kirkendall, Michael was arrested on charges of harassment and criminal mischief with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. He was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 09/06/2024.
09/06/2024- Collins, Margaret was arrested by Colorado State Patrol on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, careless driving careless driving, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released the same day.
09/12/2024- Watts, Tifani was arrested on a court entered warrant for child abuse, no insurance, careless driving, driving under restraint and speeding 20-24 over the speed limit. She was issued a personal recognizance bond and released on the same day.
09/13/2024- Lerma, Eric was transported to the Baca County Jail from Pueblo County on a warrant for failure to appear. He was released for time served on 09/30/2024.
09/14/2024- Lippoldt, Darryl was arrested on a Walsh Municipal warrant for failure to appear. He was issued a personal recognizance bond and released on 09/15/2024.
09/20/2024- Harkey, Kyle A was arrested by Colorado State Patrol on a fugitive of justice warrant out of the Denver Marshalls Office. He was transported to Denver County on 09/26/2024.
09/24/2024- Collins, Margaret was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of theft. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released the same day.
09/24/2024 Hooser, Kristen was arrested by the Springfield Police Department on a charge of theft. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released the same day.
09/29/2024 Dunivan, Aspen was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct with a sentence enhancer for domestic violence. She was issued a personal recognizance bond by the courts and released on 10/01/2024.
09/30/2024 Visage, Dylon was arrested on three fugitive of justice warrants. Two out of Kiowa County and one out of Lincoln County. He was issued personal recognizance bonds by the courts on all warrants and released the same day.
