...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM MST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Prowers County.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 5 PM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel may be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles.

Wind gusts of around 60 mph are expected over El Paso, Kiowa, and
Prowers Counties throughout the day on Wednesday.
