Lamar Man Arrested on Felony Child Exploitation Charges Following Online Investigation

On 05/21/2025, Kyle Bonham (38), currently residing in Lamar, was arrested on felony warrants. We thank those individuals who assisted in this investigation. Additional information will be released at a later time.

The charges on the warrant include:

CRS 18-3-306 (1)(3) Internet Luring of a Child with intent to Exploit (F-4)

CRS 18-3-305 (1) Enticement of a child (F-4)

CRS 18-3-405.4 (1) Internet Sexual Exploitation of a Child (F-4)

The Lamar Police Department would encourage all parents and guardians to have a discussion with minors regarding the dangers and responsible use of communication devices and social media.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
