Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Praise Community Church in Eads, Colorado.  Burial will follow in the Wild Horse Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions should be made to the Praise Community Church - PO Box 391; Eads, CO  81036.  Mr. Hammer passed away unexpectedly at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.
