Position Overview:

• Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy information
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Process paperwork, applications, and policy updates
• Support daily office operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer skills required
• Insurance experience and/or licensing is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
