The Colorado State Patrol Is Seeking Information on a Hit-And-Run Crash

Second hit-and-run crash this weekend injuring a Teenager

(COLORADO) – On April 19, 2026 at about 3:45 p.m., the Colorado State Patrol responded to the area of South Pierce Court and West Portland Avenue in Littleton, Colorado, for a reported hit-and-run crash involving a vehicle and a 15-year-old juvenile riding a bicycle.

The juvenile suffered serious injuries as a result of the incident. The driver of the vehicle involved stopped briefly to check on the juvenile before fleeing the scene without leaving their information.

Witnesses say the vehicle involved was a later-model, large, dark-colored SUV, and the driver was described as a Hispanic female with dark, wavy hair, possibly in her 40s, wearing a purple shirt, and a Hispanic teenage passenger with dark hair.

The Colorado State Patrol is the lead investigating agency for this incident.
