Obituary

Robert Dean Martinez of Fowler passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2026 in Pueblo at the age of 67. Bob was born in Rocky Ford to Robert & Molly Martinez. He grew up in the Denver area and graduated from Mapleton High School in Thornton in 1977.

When Bob was in high school, he was active in choir and sports and was in five musicals. Bob and Jenny were married in 1984 and had 2 children, Paul and Breanna. Bob was hard-working he had several careers throughout his life. His favorite was with United Airlines, because he was able to take his family on vacations that will be remembered forever. Bob really loved his grandchildren and loved being a Papa. Bob enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with his dogs, family and friends.

His outgoing personality, quick humor and unwavering kindness will be greatly missed by all that knew him.Bob is survived by his wife of 42 years Jennifer Martinez, 2 children: Paul Martinez of Pueblo, Breanna Martinez of Greely, 3 grandchildren: Kaydence, Gabriel, and Nikko, 1 sister: Kathleen Reeves, father Robert Martinez, Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother Molly Martinez, and brother Robbie Martinez.

Bellwood Ustick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
