La Junta Senior Golf League - results for August 25, 2026

Forty-four golfers participated in the Tuesday Senior Golf League on August 25. There was a special putt on each hole that was moderately hard. If a golfer made the putt, their team subtracted one stroke from their score. Approximately 20 golfers were able to make at least one of those special putts! A nine-hole scramble was played as usual. The challenge chip was on hole #3, however no one was able to make that chip.

We will meet again next Tuesday for another nine holes of golf with the Senior League. The greens will be aerated and dressed the day before, but we will be able to play. Registration will be open from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., with teams being picked at 8:45 a.m. No players can be added after this time. Play is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please call 719-469-0691 if you anticipate being late for registration but will be able to tee off on time.
