Vehicle Found Overturned in Canal Near La Junta; Blood Discovered, No Occupants Located

At approx 644pm this evening as crews were still clearing from the search and rescue call, a reported MVC on Rd FF and Rd 26 of a car down in the canal.
Upon arrival of Chief Davidson a vehicle was on its top in the canal with no water. Crew made it to the car and had to break the windows out to verify that there was nobody inside the car.
There was nobody around the vehicle but there was blood on the outside of the car. The scene was turned over to law enforcement. Crews returned to service.
